Summary


We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to work with thePharmacy and Medicines teamtosupport the facilitation, development,deliveryand implementation of the Clinical Governance framework for Pharmacy and Medicines across the Provide Group

The candidate will support the implementation of the Pharmacy and Medicinesworkplan,supporting the GovernanceLeadtocollateevidenceandauditcompliance across Pharmacy and Medicines on Clinical governance, assurance,riskmanagement, medicines security, medicinessafetyand clinical audit

• The pharmacy technician will work as an integral member of the pharmacy team, supporting accurate medicines reconciliation for patients on the community inpatient wards

• Support the implementation ofthe pharmacy and medicines clinical audit programme, support medicines safetyissuesidentifiedvia assurance visits or other methodse.gDatixanalysis,ensuringcompliance against all standards, supportingevidencegatheringandactionsrequiredto mitigate risk whereappropriate.

• Support theHead ofPharmacy and Medicines to gather and collateevidence to provide assurance on regulatory requirements including CQC, Quality Accounts, Pharmacy and Medicines Assurance frameworks, Security and Audit

• Support the delivery ofquality improvementmethodologiesrelating to pharmacy and medicinesacross services where thisis considered to bebeneficial tooptimalservicedelivery

• Deputise for theGovernanceLead Pharmacyand Medicinesas and whenrequired
