EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
Location: Ealing
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time with potential to become permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a well-established and highly regarded independent preparatory school in the Ealing area. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate early years practitioner to become part of a warm, nurturing environment where young learners are encouraged to explore, develop confidence, and build strong foundations for their education.
The school is known for its welcoming atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a strong sense of community among both pupils and staff. Teachers and support staff work collaboratively to create engaging learning experiences, and the Senior Leadership Team is highly supportive, ensuring staff feel valued and well supported in their roles.
The successful candidate will be working within the Early Years Foundation Stage, supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, play-based learning while helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for pupils.
This position is starting as soon as possible, and for the right candidate there is a strong possibility of the role becoming more permanent as you become an integral part of the school community.
The successful applicant will:
Hold a Level 3 qualification in EYFS, Childcare, or equivalent
Have a valid DBS on the Update Service
Have experience supporting children within an Early Years setting
Be enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting young children’s development
Work well as part of a collaborative team
Demonstrate a nurturing and proactive approach to supporting pupils
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school where staff are encouraged to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the early stages of children’s education.
