Summary
The post holder will work as a member of the Community Coventry & Warwickshire TB Service contributing to the delivery of an effective TB service assisting in the diagnosis, treatment, prevention and control of TB. The post holder will work across acute Trust/CCG settings, as an expert in clinical field to deliver specialist clinical services to defined patient/client group. Working strategically to influence the development of the service in line with national and local targets and provide specialist, interdisciplinary education and training to other health care professionals & those working locally in relevant services. The post holder will have their own case load of patients and will run nurse led clinics for treatment initiation and monitoring of patient with latent TB. As part of the TB team you will be involved with contact tracing, BCG clinics and New Entrant Screening. For further details please see the attached job description.
