Summary
Contributes to the work of the Health Centre through the provision of quality evidenced based nursing care and the appropriate use and deployment of resources To practice autonomously. To provide autonomous critical thinking and diagnostic reasoning when making clinical decisions Undertake the management of patients over a period of time and organise appropriate services, as well as delivering direct patient care. Responsible for the co-ordination of nursing staff on duty. Works collaboratively with other health and social care professionals across professional boundaries to ensure safe and effective practice Helps to facilitate new developments and innovations through planning and the nurse education process This is a suitable post for an individual with established skills to develop and extend advanced clinical skills and demonstrate managerial ability.
