Summary
As a Medical Receptionist within our Extended Access team, you'll be the reassuring first point of contact for patients, helping them find the right support quickly and efficiently. You'll manage appointments, respond to enquiries, and use digital systems to communicate with patients, ensuring their journey through the practice is smooth and well coordinated. This role involves confidently guiding patients to the correct service, handling online requests, and keeping the reception area running seamlessly. You'll work closely with the wider practice team, maintain confidentiality, and follow established procedures to support high quality, patient centred care.
