Summary
We are seeking a motivated and flexible Practice Nurse to support our Extended Access service, delivering high quality primary care including chronic disease reviews, cervical screening, immunisations, wound care, ECGs and health promotion. The role involves working independently and within a multidisciplinary team, supporting HCAs, assisting with urgent patient needs, and maintaining safe clinical environments.
