Summary
We are a small Montessori preschool in Harrow which provides a friendly and nurturing educational environment for our pupils and their families. We are looking for a childcare assistant who has a NVQ level 2 or above childcare qualification and who has a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn. We would prefer them to have some experience of working with young children aged 2-4 years. They would be part of a small experienced team and would assist them in caring for the children. The position is full time and the working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm (Monday-Friday, term time only). Applicants would be required to attend an interview and if selected would be asked to attend a trial session at the preschool. The preschool is situated within walking distance of Headstone Lane station and local bus stops and there is ample parking on site. As part of our Safeguarding requirements the successful applicant will need to hold a current DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one. They will also need to provide 2 references, one of which must be from their current or last employment.
