Permanent - Part-time (18.5 hours – Wednesday -7.5, Thursday 7.5 & Friday 3.5)
Grade B1 - £28,598 - £30,024 per annum (pro-rata)
North Kesteven District Council is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Housing Regulatory Assurance team. This post puts you at the heart of a fast paced team, which undertakes a diverse range of activities to provide effective assurance to tenants, residents and other stakeholders on the Council’s compliance with the Regulatory Framework for Social Housing.
Job Requirements:
• GCSEs at grade 4 / C or above, including English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Office (particularly Teams / Outlook / Word / Excel)
• Knowledge of Social Housing and the requirements of the Regulatory Framework
• Committed to providing outstanding customer service, with an ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the performance and standards aspects of the team for information monitoring, service improvement, assurance monitoring data returns and survey management.
• Assisting in the administration of complaints and services requests received.
• Contributing to tenant engagement communications, facilitation support for tenant events and meetings, and review of publications.
• Providing effective support with document management for policies and procedure, and proof reading as required.

You will be required to apply a high level of attention to detail when carrying out this highly varied role, to support the delivery of robust regulatory assurance for both housing and property services at an operational level and show an appreciation of the contribution local government can make to the welfare of the people living, working, and visiting the district.
