Summary
The Isle of Wight's Youth Justice Service is looking for a committed and enthusiastic person to join their busy team.
You will have worked with children, specifically those exhibiting risky or antisocial behaviours, and be able to demonstrate an awareness of issues relating to youth crime.
In addition, you will be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing practice development and improvement in frontline service delivery. This role will be expected to manage a varied caseload of children age 10-18 and contribute to overall team performance.
Educated to GCSE level, including passes in English and Maths, you will be a self-starter, with a good sense of humour and an ability to work well within a multi-agency team.
