Are you calm, resilient, and passionate about supporting children with behavioural needs?
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in West London is looking for a Behavioural Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis, starting as soon as possible on an on-going contract.
This role involves providing targeted support to pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs helping them engage positively with learning and develop self-regulation skills.
As a Behavioural Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and pastoral team to implement behaviour strategies, provide 1:1 and small group support, and help maintain a calm, structured classroom environment. Your ability to build trust, set firm but fair boundaries, and remain consistent will be key to your success.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience supporting children with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs or challenging behaviour in a school or similar setting.
If you're looking for a meaningful role where you can make a real impact every day, apply now to be considered for this Behavioural Teaching Assistant role.
Ethos Education Ltd is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. All applicants must be willing to undergo a thorough vetting procedure, including an enhanced DBS check.
