We're looking for a Finance Administrator to support their dynamic Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure across commercial finance functions and develop your skills within a collaborative and award-winning environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist with Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger -
- Sending remittances & statements via email
- Approval of Expenses claims
- Daily processing of AIB remittances in Finance Module
- Maintenance of Business Partner information & ledgers
- Cheque Banking using Mobile Phone app
- Daily Reconciliation of Wells Fargo
- Daily SFS reconciliation
- Reconciliation of internal sales & accounts
- Sending of export invoices to shipping as required
- Respond to Supplier queries
What we're looking for:
Essential:
- Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Desirable:
- Experience with SAP B1
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong time-management abilities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
