Summary
PPM Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Static Engineer (Electrical Bias) around the North West areas.
You will be responsible for assisting in the operative, repair and maintenance within a commercial building.
Duties include not exclusive to:
- Emergency lighting
- L8 water monitoring
- AHU Servicing and maintenance
- Fan coil service and maintenance
- Pump servicing
- Minor electrical works
- Basic plumbing including taps, syphons, flush valves, waste pipework
- Statutory PPMs in line with SFG20
Experience/Skills:
- Experience in related roles
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Understanding of basic plumbing or HVAC systems
- Experience with BEMS systems
- Must be able to read schematic drawings
Qualifications:
- 18th Edition of IEE wiring
- Recognised apprenticeships preferred
- Posses a recognised trade
Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week
