Full-time (35 hours p/w), Fixed-term until June 2026, Cross Campus (Ref: WCSR0001270)
Full-time (35 hours p/w), Permanent, Cross Campus (Ref: WCSR0001271)
Part-time (18 hours p/w), Permanent, Cross Campus (Ref: WCSR0001273)

Grade 2 (£25,967 - £29,087.84 p/a), plus generous staff benefits package

About the roles:

Are you a motivated, reliable, and flexible individual with a passion for supporting a hands-on learning environment? We are looking for Workshop Steward’s to join our dynamic Construction & Building Services team. In these role’s, you will ensure the smooth running of our workshops, maintaining equipment, managing stock, and supporting both students and staff.

You’ll be responsible for:

Managing tools and equipment.
Overseeing stock movement in and out of stores.
Preparing student work trays and tool lists.
Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and safe.
Assisting technicians and teaching staff as needed.

What you’ll bring:

Knowledge & Experience: Experience in the Construction and Building Services industry and a strong understanding of Health & Safety practices, particularly within a workshop setting which is essential.
Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both students and staff.
