Customer Service Representative – Courier Company
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing courier and delivery team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with delivery queries, tracking information, and service support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with parcel tracking, delivery updates, and service information
Handle complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with drivers and operations staff regarding deliveries
Update customer records and order information in the system
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Basic computer skills and ability to use customer service software
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team
