Supporting children within Nursery and Reception
Delivering play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
Supporting early phonics and language development
Helping maintain positive routines and behaviour expectations
Working closely with the class teacher and Early Years team
Supporting children's social, emotional and academic development
Experienced EYFS Teaching Assistants
Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioners
Support staff with Nursery or Reception experience
Individuals with a nurturing and proactive approach
Graduates interested in early years education
Experience working within an EYFS setting
Strong understanding of early child development
Positive behaviour support skills
Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
