Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Autism?

We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a primary-aged pupil with Autism, helping them thrive both academically and socially in a nurturing school environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD
- Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs
- Support communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction
- Implement strategies from EHCP targets
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Encourage independence and confidence


What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with ASD in a school setting
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and behaviour support
- Calm, patient, and proactive approach
- Ability to build positive, trusting relationships
- Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 TA or equivalent) desirable
