What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll support children aged 3-4 within the Nursery class, helping them develop essential early learning and personal skills. Your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating engaging, play‑based learning opportunities
- Leading small‑group sessions and 1:1 activities
- Contributing to observations, assessments and next steps
- Supporting routines, personal care and children's wellbeing
- Helping to maintain an inclusive, vibrant learning environment
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
- Building positive relationships and promoting independence
What We're Looking For
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (DfE‑compliant)
- DBS on the Update Service
- Practical experience within an EYFS setting (Nursery preferred)
- Strong communication skills, initiative and a positive, proactive attitude
- A genuine passion for Early Years education
- Experience with vulnerable children or 2‑year‑old provision is a bonus
