- You'll support children with a range of ALN needs, including:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
- Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
- Severe or Profound & Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
- ADHD
No prior experience is required, we're looking for your enthusiasm, empathy, and willingness to learn.
What You'll Do
- Support individual children or small groups in the classroom
- Assist teachers with personalised learning plans
- Encourage engagement, independence, and positive behaviour
- Observe and report progress to teaching staff
- Be part of a caring, inclusive learning environment
