Prospero Teaching is seeking passionate, patient, and resilient Early Years SEN Learning Support Buddies to join a specialist early‑years provision in Poole, supporting children aged 3-8 with a range of severe, profound, and complex learning difficulties. The setting includes Autism‑Specific (ASC) classrooms and additional‑needs environments, supporting pupils with Autism, sensory needs, learning difficulties, communication challenges, and a variety of developmental profiles.

The setting includes a fully equipped soft‑play area, multi‑purpose learning spaces, large outdoor areas, and a sensory garden. Exceptional training, a nurturing team, and temp‑to‑perm pathways are available for candidates who demonstrate commitment, reliability, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
