We are currently recruiting dedicated, compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistants to support a range of fantastic primary and secondary schools across Barking & Dagenham.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide essential one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with additional needs

Support students in accessing the curriculum with confidence

Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and wider school staff

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have at least one year of relevant experience supporting children or young people

Are adaptable, reliable, and committed to supporting pupils with additional needs

Hold relevant qualifications (desirable, but not essential if you have strong experience)

Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or are happy to obtain one
