Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of projects by providing administrative support to project managers.
Maintain and organize project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
Track project progress and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time.
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes for project-related discussions.
Monitor project risks and issues, assisting in the development of mitigation plans as needed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and support training initiatives for project teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a project management environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting diverse teams and stakeholders.
