Why Join Us?
You’ll be part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team supporting adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, and complex physical health needs.
Our focus is simple: help people rebuild their lives with dignity, compassion, and expert clinical care.
What You’ll Do
• Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care to individuals with complex neurological needs.
• Lead on assessments, care planning, medication management, and specialist interventions.
• Work closely with physios, OTs, psychologists, SALTs, and rehab assistants to deliver coordinated rehabilitation.
• Support residents with goal‑setting and measurable progress throughout their rehab journey.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff.
• Maintain excellent standards of documentation, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
What We’re Looking For
• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC pin.
• Experience in neuro‑rehab, brain injury, or complex care
• Strong clinical judgement, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate, resilient approach and a genuine passion for rehabilitation.

• A supportive, collaborative team that values your expertise.
• Opportunities to progress within Norwa Care national network.
• A workplace where your contribution truly changes lives.
