Summary

Home Care Assistant - Mornings

Pay from £13.00–£16.00 per hour (bank holidays £16 p/h)
Paid mileage between visits (30p per mile)
One-hour minimum visits – no rushing, time to build relationships
Alternate weekends off and rotas given 4 weeks in advance

Fully paid training and support to gain diploma qualifications

About the role

We are looking for a carer to work 7am to 1pm Monday to Friday and alternate weekends.

You’ll support people in their own homes, helping them live independently with dignity and respect. This may include medication support, personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, and companionship.

All you need is:

A caring, empathetic nature
Good communication skills
Reliability and flexibility
A driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance

Full training and ongoing support provided. We also value unpaid caring experience.
