We're looking for a motivated, compassionate Therapy Assistant to join our private hospital team! We are looking for someone who combines clinical confidence with outstanding customer service.
This is more than a support role. It's an opportunity to develop your therapy skills within a premium, patient-centred environment where recovery pathways are tailored, standards are high, and every interaction matters.
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a Healthcare Assistant (ideally in private care) or an existing Therapy Assistant
- A genuine interest in rehabilitation and therapy progression
- Confident supporting Physiotherapists and MDT teams
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- A proactive mindset and desire to grow professionally
