We are currently seeking Machine / Line Lead Operatives to join a well-established pet food production facility based in Old Leake near Boston.
This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced food production environment, where you will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of production lines and machinery. The role involves machine operation responsibilities and leading elements of the production line, making it ideal for candidates with previous production or machine experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring production machinery.
- Supporting the smooth running of production lines.
- Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
- Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting issues.

Requirements

Previous food production or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with machine operation or working on production lines.

Good spoken and written English for communication and paperwork.

Reliable transport is essential due to the rural location of the site.

Permanent ongoing role
This role operates on a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern, including days and nights:
Days: 07:00 – 19:00
Nights: 19:00 – 07:00
Starting Wage £14.10 p/h (Rising April 2026 to £14.60 p/h) Averaging £676.80 per week.
Overtime paied at time and a quater.
Weekly Pay
28 days annual leave pro-rata
