Prestolee Multi Academy Trust are seeking to appoint a dynamic and inspirationalHeadteacherto lead our team atWaterloo Primary Schoolin Ashton-under-Lyne. About You

We are looking for a person who has:

• Proven record of successful headship or senior leadership in a primary school
• Experience of effective budget management and resource deployment
• Evidence of improving outcomes, raising attainment, and closing attainment gaps
• Experience of school self-evaluation, strategic planning, and school improvement
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire staff effectively
• Strong understanding of high-quality teaching, learning, and curriculum leadership
• Ability to design and deliver a broad, coherent primary curriculum
• Effective use of assessment to support pupil progress
• Experience of working with governors, parents, and external agencies
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, safer recruitment, and safeguarding culture
