• Proven, hands-on experience working within an Early Years setting.
• An absolute passion and unwavering desire to work specifically with the Early Years cohort, understanding how to best support their unique developmental milestones.
• An ambitious mindset, ready to deliver outstanding, engaging, and innovative learning experiences (including foundational reading and maths skills).
• A commitment to creating a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.

We welcome applications from ECTs; your formal training in an Early Years setting is will be recognised as qualifying experience for this role.

Are you an ambitious, creative, and dedicated educator ready to inspire our youngest learners? LEO Academy Trust is looking for a dynamic Early Years Teacher to join our thriving team. If you have a profound passion for the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the drive to make a brilliant start to a child's educational journey, we want to hear from you!

The Details

• Salary:Main range (unless employed as an unqualified teacher) / Upper range. New entrants are expected to join on the minimum of the pay band. Dependent on candidate experience.
• Contract:Permanent
• Hours:Full time or part time position available - please specify preference on your application
• Location:The Trust currently has 12 academies over 13 sites across the vibrant and diverse communities of Sutton and Surrey (Elmbridge, Reigate & Banstead, Mole Valley). We expect to welcome further academies in 2026.
• Successful applicants will initially be confirmed as appointed to the Trust, and during the second half of the Summer term confirmation of the assigned school will be provided. We invite you to share your preferred locations within your application and when you will be available from.
