Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
● Lead the school in a collaborative co-headteacher partnership, sharing responsibility for all aspects of school leadership and outcomes● Work with the Executive Headteacher, and governing body, to sustain the school’s ethos and to set the strategic direction of the school.
● Foster a culture of high expectations, inclusion, and continuous improvement
● Take a lead role in curriculum development, staff professional development, and the operational management of the school
● Champion the Centre for Deaf Children and all aspects of inclusive education
