Summary

Hours: Up to 37 hours per week – full-time, part-time & relief roles available
Shift patterns: Day, evening, weekend and night shifts available, plus school-hours options within day services
Location: Upper Springland Campus, Isla Road, Perth, PH2 7HQ

Roles available across our Tayview & Annaty Residential Services, Day Opportunities Centre and Community Outreach Services.

We’re looking for compassionate, motivated Support Workers / Community Living Assistants to join our friendly and creative teams at our beautiful Upper Springland Campus in Perth.

About the Role

You will support adults with physical, learning or complex support needs in one of the following services:

Residential Services
Supporting people living in their own private apartments within our stunning campus grounds, helping them enjoy independence and community life.

Day Opportunities Centre
Working within our purpose-built hub featuring sensory equipment, an adapted kitchen, creative spaces and activity rooms.

Community Outreach
Helping people live independently in their own homes and supporting them to participate in everyday community life.

Our campus offers fantastic facilities including:

Hydrotherapy pool
Rebound therapy suite

Sensory and activity spaces
Beautiful gardens and outdoor areas
What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same. As a Support Worker / Community Living Assistant you may:

Provide personal care, medication support and mealtime assistance with dignity and respect
Support people to take part in meaningful activities such as arts & crafts, baking, music, sports, cinema trips, theatre visits, shopping and more
Help individuals build confidence, independence and achieve personal goals
Support people one-to-one and in group settings
Follow person-centred care plans
Complete records, risk assessments and report any changes professionally

Who We’re Looking For

You may already have experience in:

Adult social care, residential services, day centres or community support
Supporting people with Autism, Acquired Brain or Spinal Injuries, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, or similar needs
Personal care and medication support
Supporting people to access hobbies and community activities
Person-centred planning and record keeping
Desirable (but not essential):

Knowledge of AAC or Makaton
A driving licence (some roles involve driving adapted manual vehicles – travel costs are covered)
SVQ in social care / SSSC registration (don't worry if not, we can support you to obtain these)
Most importantly, we’re looking for people who are kind, patient, creative and passionate about helping others live great lives.

Hours & Flexibility

We offer a range of flexible options and will do our best to match roles to your availability.

Contracts from relief/bank to 37 hours per week
Day service hours: typically Monday–Friday, 9:30am – 3:30pm (ideal for work-life balance)
Residential and outreach: day, back and night shifts available
Clear rolling rotas so you can plan your life outside work
