NJC points 31-34, £41,771 - £45,091 FTE (pro-rata to hours/weeks worked) plus SEN

Pro rata salary - £36,642 - £39,554

Thomas Ashton School is entering an exciting new chapter, and we are seeking a practitioner with deep compassion, resilience and vision to help shape it. This is your opportunity to lead our wider pastoral team, coordinate intervention across the school, and contribute to a longterm legacy that will change lives for years to come.

The work will be challenging. Our children have complex needs, significant SEMH barriers, and often difficult histories of trauma.

• Help shape and refine our spaces to create bespoke environments for meaningful intervention
• Design and manage a personalised intervention system that clearly demonstrates impact
