About the Role

Trafford Council is proud to be part of the Greater Manchester Empty Homes and Leasing Programme, a collaborative initiative focused on bringing vacant properties back into meaningful use for local people. We are looking to recruit two motivated Surveyors who will play a key role in securing 16 properties across Trafford for use as Temporary Accommodation.
