Are you a HGV C+E (Class 1) Night Driver looking for flexible work?

The Best Connection are recruiting an experienced and reliable HGV C+E (Class 1) Night Driver for our client in Darlington, a leading kitchen production and distribution company. This HGV C+E (Class 1) Night Driver role offers a block booking of full time shifts throughout March - with the potential of additional shifts after this.

Must be available for induction/assessment on Monday 09/03 @ 7am

Job Responsibilities:

• Night trunk runs as a HGV C+E (Class 1) Night Driver
• Completing trunk runs between different sites - no hand balling
• Safe and timely deliveries
• Accurate completion of paperwork
• Represent both the client and The Best Connection to a high standard

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, CPC and Digi card for an HGV C+E (Class 1) Night Driver
• Previous experience as an HGV C+E (Class 1) Night Driver preferred (less experience considered)
• Good understanding of drivers' hours regulations
• Professional attitude and smart appearance
• Induction required before starting - Monday 9th March @ 7am (for approx 6 hours)

Hours:

• Start times from 18:00pm
• Shifts between 8 - 10 hours

Pay Rates :

• £17.24 per hour - Monday to Friday
• £25.86 per hour - Overtime
