The Best Connection is an Employment Business, recruiting on behalf of our valued client.
We are currently seeking a reliable Class 2 Skip Driver to join a well-established, family-run waste management business. This is an excellent opportunity offering an immediate start, full-time hours working, 07:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday, and the potential for temp-to-perm for the right candidate.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Driving Class 2 Skip vehicles (12t & 18t Skip Loaders and occasional driving of 32t Hook Loader)
- Covering routes within a 30-mile radius of the site.
- Dropping off, collecting and exchanging skips from commercial and domestic sites and returning them to the yard
Previous experience in this role is essential to ensure an immediate start.
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 licence
- Digital Tachograph Card and CPC (essential)
- Over 25 years old (insurance purposes)
- Maximum of 6 minor points
- No DR, DD, CD, or IN10 endorsements
