Summary

Delivery Driver
• Responsible for the delivery, collection, storage, and maintenance of training
equipment and materials to course venues across the Greater London area, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
• Prepare and pack all course consumables and required training equipment for
trainers and venues across Greater London. Ensure all deliveries and collections for onsite courses are completed on the agreed dates and times.
• Ensure the vehicle and any associated delivery equipment are properly maintained, regularly serviced, and cleaned to an acceptable standard. This includes MOT compliance, vehicle safety checks, and adherence to Health and Safety guidelines.
• Complete, save, and submit all required administrative paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ensure the vehicle is parked in an approved, secure location in line with BRC policies and procedures.
• Liaise with the London Operations team and customers as needed, to provide
updates regarding any changes to scheduled deliveries or collections.
Storekeeper
• Pack and prepare kits for delivery to on-site locations in line with the planned
schedule, and organise the timely collection of kits following the completion of first aid courses.
Ensure sufficient levels of consumable stock are maintained at RCT venues, ordering replacements when necessary, and managing stock deliveries at the main Moorgate venue.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the safe movement, storage, and
handling of incoming stock.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, equipment inventories, and stock
movements.
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and events as required, and take responsibility
for ongoing personal and professional development.
