About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced D6 Dozer Operator with GPS experience for a long-term project based in the PL7 area of Plymouth. This role offers stable work on a major site with an 18-month programme.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a D6 Dozer with GPS machine control safely and efficiently
Carrying out grading and earthworks to specification using GPS systems
Working closely with site engineers and groundworks teams
Conducting daily machine inspections and reporting faults or maintenance needs
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with site health and safety requirements
Requirements
Proven experience operating D6 Dozers
Experience using GPS machine control systems
Valid CPCS or NPORS Dozer Operator ticket
Previous experience on earthworks, construction, or infrastructure projects
Good understanding of site safety procedures
Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
