Summary

Providing administration support and general reception cover, you need to be friendly and flexible. Good keyboard skills together with an excellent telephone manner are essential as are good interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer care. Multi-task at busy reception area Deal with telephone, email and face to face enquries General office duties as they arise. Data inputting for car parking and ID badges. Estates & Facilities are responsible for the Hospital site from grounds to equipment maintenance. The Aintree site employs over 700 staff within Estates & Facilities and the administrative team are key to this. This role will work with colleagues in Medical Engineering, Domestics, Catering, Laundry, Maintenance, Porters, Transport, Sustainability, Travel and Health & Safety.
