Summary
Practice Plus Group is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable and proactive individual in the role of Environment Health and Safety Manager. The post holder will support the provision of an efficient and responsive advisory service to all our Primary Care Divisions to enable them to effectively manage their environments, services and teams safely. This role will be a full time, remote based role but will involve regular travel to our sites across England. Hours can be discussed at interview. Providing competent, expert health and safety advice and guidance to staff at all levels, offering specialist insight into relevant legislation, regulations and approved codes of practice. Support the delivery of both basic and specialist risk assessment and risk management training and actively participate in arrangements for the management of key areas such; Water safety and legionella Security & conflict management Lone working Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Manual handling Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH).
