Summary
To work within organisational processes with some autonomy whilst taking direction from supervisor/manager when required. To be responsible for an agreed caseload, under the supervision of senior clinical staff. Develop and maintain skills necessary to support children and adolescents with presentations of deliberate self-harm and additional complex health needs through a variety of learning opportunities. To provide relevant documentation and record keeping in line with Trust standards. Work within the National Service Framework, NICE guidelines, NHS Trust policies and procedures with Health and Safety at Work Act. To gather activity data regularly and accurately, ensuring provision of such information promptly within local Trust guidelines. Demonstrates clear, effective, up to date and accurate record keeping. The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.
