Summary

A Vacancy at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust.

Exciting opportunity for newly qualified or experienced Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join a supportive adult community speech and language therapy team based at Norwich Community Hospital. Gain experience working with people with a diverse range conditions and develop your skills in independently managing a communication and dysphagia caseload. Intensive support will be provided to the successful candidate to meet their dysphagia competencies with regular access to supervision and continuing professional development opportunities.







§ To provide Speech and Language Therapy assessment, differential diagnosis and treatment for adults with acquired communication and swallowing disorders in a range of community setting including clinics, care homes and in patient's own homes.
