Summary

Job Summary
Are you a natural people person with the drive and passion to achieve sales targets while making a real impact? If so, join us as a dynamic, ambitious Sales Representative and become a key player in our growing team based in Cheadle.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of generating new business growth by combining proactive outreach such as prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling with strategic account management to nurture relationships and boost client retention. Key Responsibilities
• Conducting outbound sales calls and prospecting activity to identify new leads and secure new commercial partnerships
• Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities, consistently achieving agreed KPIs, revenue and sales targets
• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
• Present and promote bMindfuls psychology’s services to prospective clients
• Attend networking events to expand our reach & impact
• Negotiate agreements that deliver long term value for bMindful and its partners
• Act as a key contact for prospective partners, developing rapport with senior decision makers and ensuring a seamless client journey
Qualifications and Skills
• Previous experience in a similar business development, sales, or client facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers across organisations
• Ability to work to targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM/ATS systems
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong negotiation skills
