  • Plan and coordinate teaching and support for students following behaviour‑related incidents.
  • Liaise closely with teachers, pastoral staff, senior leaders and the onsite therapy team to ensure a consistent, joined‑up approach.
  • Contribute to Individual Behaviour Plans, Annual EHCP Reviews and behaviour progress reporting.
  • Oversee the school's point system and coordinate end‑of‑term rewards and celebrations.
  • Support with the implementation of behaviour and anti‑bullying policies to ensure consistency across the school.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support shared behaviour goals.

This is a dynamic, hands‑on role where your work will have a direct impact on the wellbeing, confidence and daily experiences of young people.

  • Capacity to work effectively within a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment.
  • Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.

Desirable qualities include further professional qualifications, autism‑specific training, and the ability to contribute to extracurricular activities.

What you'll get in return

  • A deeply rewarding role where you can make a meaningful difference every day.
  • Opportunities for ongoing professional development, including behaviour training and specialist learning.
