About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Complex Care Assistant to provide 1:1 care for a client with a tracheostomy and ventilator support in their own home.
This role requires confidence in delivering high-quality respiratory and clinical care, while building a consistent, trusting relationship with the client and their family. You will be fully supported by our in-house Registered Nurses and specialist training team, with client-specific training and competency sign-off provided.
Key responsibilities include:
Tracheostomy care and suctioning

Ventilator monitoring and support

Respiratory observations and escalation
•
Medication support
•
Personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
•
Promoting independence, dignity, and safety at all times

Experience Required
To be considered, you’ll need:
At least 3 months’ hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or family support role
•
Confidence working with complex and clinical needs (tracheostomy/vent experience preferred; training provided if not client-specific)
•
A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
