Summary
Location: Stepps , Glasgow - Site visits across Scotland
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Building Services Manager, you'll bring your MEP expertise to our Retrofit and SCAPE projects. Working collaboratively with the Operations Manager, you'll provide valuable input from the bidding stage through to on-site delivery. This exciting role spans a wide range of construction and residential retrofit applications, where your technical knowledge will be instrumental to our success.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Building Services Manager, you'll be working within the Retrofit and SCAPE team, supporting them in delivering high-quality MEP services. Your day to day will include:
-Managing the commissioning process and ensuring compliance of as-built and maintenance manuals
-Providing technical expertise on M&E design, installation quality, and coordinating services on-site
-Collaborating with project leaders to deliver MEP elements successfully
-Assisting with the selection and management of specialist sub-contractors
-Supporting technical submittals review and design management for M&E packages
What are we looking for?
This role of Building Services Manager is great for you if:
-You're qualified to NVQ/HND/HNC/CIBSE level in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
-You have experience working in a main contracting environment, nurturing partnerships with specialist sub-contractors
-You possess strong technical knowledge of M&E design and installations for commercial buildings
-You have a track record of delivering large Building Services packages (valued £5M+)
-You hold SMSTS certification, CSCS card, and a full driving licence
