We’re looking for a Housekeeping Assistant / Room Attendant to join our team and maintain the exceptional bedroom standards The Grand Hotel Birmingham is known for. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in presentation and works efficiently without compromising quality.
We have a range of shifts and hours available during the days including weekends.
What you’ll be doing
- Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to Grand standards
- Preparing immaculate beds, bathrooms and corridors
- Managing your allocated section of rooms with accountability and care
- Supporting the wider housekeeping team as required
This role involves manual cleaning duties and being active throughout your shift.
What we’re looking for
- Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
- Ability to manage time effectively and work at pace
- A reliable and team-focused approach
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
- Previous housekeeping experience desirable, but full training provided
