Summary
**Receptionist Fordingbridge Care Home (Part-Time)**
We are looking for a friendly and welcoming **Receptionist** to join our fabulous care home team. As the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and families, youll help create a warm and supportive environment while keeping the reception area running smoothly.
**Hours:** 24 hours per week
**Days:** Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday
**Pay:** £13.50 per hour
**Key responsibilities:**
* Greeting visitors, residents, and relatives with a warm welcome
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Managing the reception desk and signing in visitors
* Handling basic admin tasks such as emails, filing, and messages
* Supporting the care home team with general office duties
**What were looking for:**
* A friendly, approachable manner
* Good communication and organisation skills
* Basic computer and admin skills
* Reliability and a positive attitude
* Previous reception or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
