Summary
We are currently recruiting FULL-TIME Production Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and excellent company benefits.
Successful candidates will work across departments including machining, assembly & moulding.
Working Hours
- Monday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Tuesday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am - 12:00pm (early finish!)
Please note: Start and finish times may vary by up to 10 minutes depending on department.
The Role
- Operating machinery in the machining and moulding departments
- Picking and packing small, lightweight components
- Quality checking finished products
- Following health & safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Most parts manufactured are small and lightweight, making this role suitable for candidates who prefer detailed, hands-on work rather than heavy lifting.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual individuals
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
We do not require large-scale warehouse or forklift experience.
