Summary

We have an opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative based in and around the surrounding areas of Lincoln.

Your role as our Multi Trade Operative:
A varied, hands-on role including:
First and second fix plumbing
Repair/renew ceiling & floor joists, stud walls, partition walls, stairs, doors, skirting, handrails, flooring, and ducting
Patch plastering
Fitting shower trays
Wall tiling
Installing full bathroom suites (WC, WHB, mixer showers)
Painting & decorating to a good standard
Radiator installation including draining and refilling systems
What We Need from You.
Completed recognised Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 2/3)
Experience as a Multi Trade Joiner/Plumber
Competence across joinery and/or plumbing disciplines
Plastering skills (desirable)
Experience in social housing (desirable)
Full driving licence
CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own tools (skilled workers)
