What you'll be doing
- Support commercial delivery across long‑term contracts
- Help set up, manage and price contracts - keeping projects on track and profitable
- Prepare tender documentation and analyse bids
- Work closely with Project Managers, Designers, Planners and Commercial teams
- Assess contractor applications, CE/EWNs and produce payment certificates
- Maintain risk registers, spot risks & opportunities, and drive strong commercial control
- Ensure NEC3 compliance and support dispute resolution when needed
What you bring
- Quantity surveying experience across varied contracts
- Strong commercial instincts in a construction or project‑led environment
- Confident communicator with solid analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Intermediate MS Office skills; SAP/P6 knowledge a bonus
- Desire to progress toward RICS/CIOB/ICES (advantageous)
