Lewisham College is seeking an Improvement Practitioner to drive professional development and support teaching staff in achieving good and outstanding practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the quality of teaching, learning and assessment across the College.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • As an Improvement Practitioner, you will:
  • Evaluate, coach, and mentor teachers to enhance classroom practice.
  • Research and share best practice from internal and external sources.
  • Audit teaching and learning documentation and highlight areas of excellence.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and implement tailored development plans.
  • Collaborate with curriculum teams and the Quality Unit to embed improvement strategies.
  • Deliver inspiring continuing professional development sessions and develop innovative learning materials.
