Summary
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, skilled and reliable Carpenter / Multi-Trader to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of works to extensions, loft conversions, repair, and refurbishment works across domestic properties in the Folkestone & Hythe area. Key Responsibilities:
· 1st fix carpentry (stud walls, joists, roofing, structural work)
· 2nd fix carpentry (doors, skirting, architraves, kitchens, finishing work)
• General multi-trade tasks including:
• Basic plumbing
• Tiling
• Painting and decorating
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional site
• Ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade work
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
• Own tools required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude
